Underground market or shops

I have been told that there is an underground market in Prague. Do you know where it is. Or is there a shopping street or mall which is underground.

Prague shopping - underground?

I can't say I know of a particular shopping centre or mall underground in Prague. The only areas that come to mind are the stores near Prague metro stations. These have a ground floor and a place to enter from below ground near the metro.

Stations with stores nearby include Mustek, Muzeum and Namesti Republiky to name a few.

Of course many shops in Prague have lower levels that are used for shopping... cellars, basements, etc. These are incredibly interesting places to shop. Sometimes you may not even realize you are indeed underground.
