Czech Food - Fried Cheese Please!

We've been to Prague a few times and we never miss a chance to order fried cheese in one of our favorite pubs. It can't be good for you, but it's so tasty especially with a good Czech beer.

The cheese is battered and fried like a pork schnitzel but it's surprisingly not too greasy. Czechs eat it with tartar sauce but we prefer ketchup. Unfortunately, the ketchup in Czech Repubic is a bit weak for us but decent enough for chips.

Long live fried cheese!
